Lower Essex Street is a major new development comprising 628 apartments across three residential blocks, delivered by the Galliard Apsley Partnership. Dexson Contracts provided a full internal package including dry lining, decoration, and the fit-out of 20,000 sqft of commercial amenity space. This included concierge areas, offices, a crèche, podcast rooms and more — all completed to programme and specification. The project was recognised with an NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award for its exceptional standards.
