Located in a prominent regeneration area, this Trundleys Road development combines 402 student bedrooms and 58 affordable homes, built above a podium level with over 24,000 sq.ft. of light industrial units. Dexson Contracts supported the scheme with core dry lining services across both residential blocks, contributing to a high-quality, compliant finish that supported both fast programme demands and multi-occupancy design standards.
